Who we are
Expedition Canine provides exciting dog hiking services for busy dog owners in New York City and New Jersey. Founded by best friends Liddy and Jose, inspired by doodle Dolly, we offer safe and stimulating group dog walks in the natural beauty of New Jersey, Connecticut, and upstate New York. Let your dog explore new sights, smells, and sounds, getting the exercise and mental stimulation they need. With small, carefully managed groups, Expedition Canine ensures your dog receives plenty of attention and learns valuable pack behavior during our enriching dog adventures.
Our services
HIKING
Your dog will experience a day of adventure starting at pick-up, because the travel is half the fun. Once outdoors, the pack will hike and socialize for three hours, during which we will take many water breaks. Your dog will be returned home to you with clean paws, exhausted, and happy — exactly as a dog should be.
BOARDING
We offer overnight sleepaway adventures at our property in Morris County, New Jersey. We have over an acre to roam, with quiet spaces on one floor and socializing spaces for dogs that like to be in the mix. Walks are included in boarding.
DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE
We’re happy to offer pick-ups and drop-offs for boarding and hiking, and for a lot of dogs, the journey is half the fun! Outside of our typically scheduled city runs, a pick-up or drop-off for boarding will need to be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
